Yaşarlar was founded as a family business by the brothers Yaşar, Alay and Cafer DEMİRHAN in Istanbul Kartal Cevizli in 1975. In the early 1980s, when the constructions started to intensify around Pendik, it moved its headquarters to Pendik Kaynarca. The management, which was taken over by the second generation as the company headquarters in Pendik Kaynarca, continues its activities under the leadership of Bahri DEMİRHAN and Selçuk DEMİRHAN, and it provides fast, reliable quality service to its business partners with its warehouse in Izmit Darıca and maintains its business continuity.

With its successful history, our company is among the leading rebar dealers and acts with the vision of becoming a regional leader in this sector. Our company is one of the leading companies that won the dealership of the Karabük Iron and Steel business. Our meticulousness in the service phase, our discipline, our understanding of service and our experience of nearly half a century bring quality with it.
