In the early 1980s, when the constructions started to intensify around Pendik, it moved its headquarters to Pendik Kaynarca. The management, which was taken over by the second generation in Pendik Kaynarca as the company headquarters, continues its activities under the leadership of Bahri DEMİRHAN and Selçuk DEMİRHAN, and Izmit Darıca provides fast, reliable quality service to its business partners with its warehouse and maintains its business continuity.
